The context project whith Sica
In 2015, Sica launched a project to modernize its financial operations. While a first TMS was implemented, the group quickly faced several challenges.
To overcome these challenges, Sica sought a more suitable solution that could meet its current needs while adapting to its evolving activities. To address the functional limitations of the existing system, the group also implemented a complementary cash forecasting tool designed to integrate with the TMS.
